Draft, Save, Edit
Assessments may be completed in the moment or saved as a draft to be completed at a later time. Completed assessments are editable until finalized to accommodate additional information such as specific feedback notes, media files, or other supporting documentation.

Attach Media Documentation
Media documentation may be attached to rated performance records at any time using a mobile devices media capture capabilities (photo, video, and/or audio clips)

Real Time Scoring Visualization
Completed assessments are easily viewed with the CareAssess app, including: 1) Individual item scores; 2) Performance standard scores; 3) An individuals previous performance score captured with the same assessment instrument; 4) Cohort performance scores. These graphical comparison enable faculty and preceptors to immediately offer objective relevant feedback to an individual when the encounter is fresh.

Longitudinal Portfolio Management
Score reports are automatically sent to the individual/group assessed, with the option to send to other key stakeholders (faculty, preceptors, supervisors, etc). Assessment report documentation is easily archived for portfolio management and periodic performance review.

Customization
Our patented, intuitive Tool Builder enables users to modify existing assessment tools to meet specific needs OR create a new tool from scratch to meet any need.

Companion Web Portal
CareAssess seamlessly links with our web portal, enabling users and administrators alike to manage the platform resources, review activity, mix/match trainees and assessors and deploy the assessment tools to specific users based on assessment goals.
